Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, personalized items, opened bath products, and installed flooring materials cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. This includes custom-cut hardwood/laminate flooring and engraved decor items.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be in original condition: unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
  • A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required
  • Some large furniture items may require special return arrangements

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Prepaid return shipping label (for eligible returns)
  • Specific return instructions based on product type

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

For items like lighting fixtures or mirrors:

  • Repackage carefully using original packaging materials
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Affix the provided return label clearly
  • For large items (vanities, furniture), we may arrange pickup

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 5 business days to your original payment method
  • Exchanges: Shipped via your preferred method (standard or free shipping)
  • You’ll receive email confirmation when complete

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged Items: Free return shipping
  • Change of Mind: Customer pays return shipping (calculated based on product size/weight)
  • Free Shipping Orders: Original shipping costs ($12.95) deducted from refund

Special Considerations

Due to the premium nature of our products:

  • Custom or special order items (like Magic Slab countertops) cannot be returned
  • Lighted mirrors/LED products must show original manufacturer packaging
  • Flooring materials must be unopened in original sealed packaging

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Refunds processed in USD; exchange rates may affect final amount
  • Allow additional time for international shipping processing
